Palliative care enables a person who is suffering from a terminal illness to remain in the comfort and familiarity or their own home. We tailor our care plans to the requirements of the service user. Before we begin with any course of palliative care we will arrange to meet you and liaise with the relevant health care professionals to gain a background history your current care and medical condtion  there we can discuss and find the most appropriate way to help you. Our experienced care professionals are fully trained to assist you with your needs, our dedicated carers help you or your loved ones through this difficult time and provide care in the most dignified way.
